01. Sorry we have not seen your first problem because I cannot understand this language. But on our test site here is a breadcrumb if you remove then Go to theme settings > product archive > breadcrumbs on the shop page: https://ibb.co/1J2zfDM

02. Sorry it is not possible to add size value to the dropdown. Because the theme has its own swatch style. But you can use any 3rd party plugin at your own risk. We have never tested any plugin like this.
