I haven’t made any changes to the theme files. So you can replace the theme.

One more problem i just found:
i use the product style layout with even product grid on desktop, so that the product price is always on the same height. Unfortunately this option doesn’t work on the wishlist page. I have products with long product titles which expand to 2 lines. So if there there is a product with 1 title line and one with 2 title lines in one row the prices are not at the same height (see screenshot).
