Using the WordPress Menu Builder: This is the easiest way to create a menu in WordPress. You can create custom menus in the Appearance > Menus section of your WordPress dashboard. From there, you can add pages, posts, categories, or custom links to your menu, and then rearrange the order by drag and drop.
