Here are the right information.
If using Filezilla: Go to file -> site management and set following settings:

I updated Omnibus plugin and then the site crashed from the category site. Maybe at that point you turned the WPML plugin off or something.
After realizing that the site is not working properly I tried to go back with the backup before updating the plugin.
And the site was not working the same way anymore after going to previous backup.
