Reply To: One Option not showing in Mobile Bottom Navbar

I Tried deactivating 3 party plugins one at a time and checked , the issue still exists. If i swipe drag the place of my account icon , it appears and it disappears. functionality is working when clicked on the blank place

Can you help me sort this issue?
