Understood, thank you for the screenshot. Next time please do not duplicate topics to avoid confusion.

The thing is that you use Layouts for the product page, thus navigate to Layouts -> edit Layout that is related to the product page and define the “Product short description” there: https://take.ms/oC7ll , then clear the cache and recheck the issue, the short description should be shown.
