Yes its create a new user.

The process is the following:

When I first login using Fecebook, it creates the new user in wordpress and populates: email, firstname and lastname fields.

In the same way when I first login with Google, it creates the new user in wordpress and populates only the email address, it does not populate firstname and lastname.

It is a quick common integration, there is no reason why you populate name and firstname with Facebook API and dont with Google.

Could you please show it to your development team. I am quick sure it is a very simple solution one those information are avaliable on the Google API for due login procedure.

Your plugin is the best plugin on the mkt in my opinion, it is very complete and mature for a webstore. congratulations for the hardwork!!!!
