Thanks for reaching to us.

1. There is no an option to display brands’s description when it be filtered.

2. By default, there is an Enable archives option in WooCommerce attributes.

After enabling, clicking on the brand will takes you to a page with all products that have this brand and description will also displays https://prnt.sc/J8u53GxQ3fp_. Also, you should resave permalinks via Settings -> Permalinks.
