Featured, Best Seller Product grid is displayed by means of Product Grid/Carousel element http://prntscr.com/k7tjrb

The general tab provides Data source – option to show the displayed product range by:
All products /Sale Products / Products with NEW label /Bestsellers /List of ID

Also, consider using AJAX Product tabs. This element has the same set of option and displays the product grid in tabs.
