Reply To: Serious Issue in the Website Speed

If you are talking about the slider images so they are not resized by our theme and handled by the Revolution slider plugin. You can configure it and resize or upload correct images in Dashboard -> Revolution slider.
But most of the images in the report are related to products and you can decrease their size in Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images.
