About Top bar and Header bottom

Hello,

I have problem about top bar and header bottom.
(woodmart>Header builder>top bar, header bottom)

I want to add text on the top bar and product categories on the Header bottom, but
it doesn’t work both. It nothing changes or shows up If I add any elements.

What should I do??

ps.Main Header is working without issues.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).

The issue seems to be with the HTTP HTTPS settings of wordpress.

Please make sure that you have set both the addresses same under Settings >> General as mentioned in our detailed documentation: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/icons-has-been-disappeared/

Then resave the theme settings and check back.

Hi I tried all the process that you mentioned, but not working.

I delate all the cache in plugins and cache of the browser.

and the both addresses are same.

What cloud be the problem?

Hello,

As SSL is configured on your website and the URLs must be set with “HTTPS” Then check back.

If the issue still occurs then provide the admin panel login details of the website.
