You can use default product categories widget https://prnt.sc/k7-jadE05YXV or You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.

I checked your site and saw you did not use widgets related to product categories. Also, there are errors in Widgets page, Try to install the Classic Widgets plugin to fix this problem https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

Please check the product page on mobile there is no option to choose any filter so just want to understand, How I can show the same filter option on mobile screen on top
