Add items in “YOU MAY BE INTERESTED IN” Section

Good afternoon,

I have one question regarding the Shopping Cart Page:
How can I add items/products on the “YOU MAY BE INTERESTED IN” section? I’m not being able to find anything that allows me to populate that section with information (currently mine is empty).
