Ajax error!!! Error

I’m getting this “Ajax error!!! error” message everytime I try to save a new slide on Slider Revolution. I’ve already checked with my hosting provider if there’s something wrong with the server configuration and they said everything is ok and that maybe this problem is ocurring because the plugin is now in its 6.1.5 version but i have the 6.1.3 version installed (and no uptades avaliable for me by now).

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area
