API INSTAGRAM

Hello,

We are facing an issue about Instagram API connect.
We use an Instagram business account linked to a Facebook business page. We followed steps as your document (https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-setup-instagram-api/).

When the last step of connection we are getting this error :
Get instagram account id :(#100) Object does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permission or reviewable feature, or does not support this operation. This endpoint requires the ‘pages_read_engagement’ permission or the ‘Page Public Content Access’ feature or the ‘Page Public Metadata Access’ feature. Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

You can fix it by applying patch # 380399. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it doesn’t work for you.

Thank you so much for the quick response. However, I am using the Basel theme. There are no available patches in the Patcher section. Please give me another advice

Sorry, we meant Basel -> Patcher. Make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme to have this mechanism.
