I have a problem with my profile page it displays as a shortcode and i have notification “You just installed the latest version of the Basel theme. To finish the installation and enable all theme’s function or if you see any problems with your WPBakery elements displayed as shortcodes you need to install the latest version of the Basel Post Type plugin too. Go to Appearance -> Install plugins and click on “Install” or “Update” button.” I already installed basel theme, then i tried upload basel post types folder seperately but woocommerce showed that it is already installed. Please help!

Please, provide your site admin access to the private area.
Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.
