Can not load submenu

When I try to load a submenu, like: Theme Settings -> Shop -> Promo popups, it doesn’t load, it just reloads the current page.
What can I do?

Please clarify, if you have a problem with the sub-menu or with a pop-up. They are different functionalities.

I press on Theme Settings, then I press some of the options with a submenu, like shop.
Then it opens, when I try to open inside, and I am not able to press the other menu options. It always reloads the page.
I made a video, but here I have no chance to upload it.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.
