Here is a screenshot of what the Order Number is. I would like the order number to have a starting point, making orders thorough my website sequential and in the right order. As for the screenshot, you can see that for some reason there is a big jump in order numbers. I would appreciate your help.

Sorry to say but your mentioned concern is specifically related to WooCommerce because the Orders are managed by WooCommerce, the Theme doesn’t influence that. So, right now as we have confirmed there isn’t any option available under the WooCommerce Settings to sort them in sequential order.
So, this would require a third party Plugin usage. Right now, we haven’t tested out any Plugin in this regard yet so you can use any one that best meets your requirements at your own risk.
