Custome shop page

Hello,

Fathers day is approaching and I want to offer some select products and categories for our shoppers.

How do I create a custom shop page with ONLY items I specify for fathers day? And also to allow customers to shop by categories like clothing/ electronics/ beard care etc…?

I want to link this page from the slider so that after customers see the slide they can click and be redirected to this custom page.

Thank you. How do I create a responsive sidebar for this page? I would like it to be a hidden sidebar on mobile.

Also, if I add html blocks, How do I ensure the sidebar stays to the top while the products are scrollable. A sticky sidebar that stays to the top while customers scroll the page.

You need to enable the option “Off-canvas sidebar for mobile” in the Theme Settings > General Layout.

A sticky sidebar is not possible on the desktop, unfortunately.

The problem I am having now is that the custom page sidebar on desktop has a massive layout shift while it is loading. How can I fix these types of shifts. Th row width is set to general. Not full width or anything.

There is a major shift in the page when loading the custom sidebar that is not at all seamless.

WooCommerce filters work only on the shop page and product category page.

You can add custom filters to the custom page. Follow the steps:

1. Create the custom sidebar for this page. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/

2. Create HTML block https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/

3. Add Custom filters: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/create-filters-form/

4. Then add the HTML widget to the custom sidebar by means of the WOODMART HTML Block

5. Set this sidebar for your page in the page options: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/
