Default Product Category Shop Filter Glitch

Hi there,

Removing the default “Uncategorized” product category, and setting another product category as the default breaks the Shop header Category filters, hiding the default from the shop header, but not the AJAX filter sidebar.

The proper function is shown below:

When the default is changed, it no longer appears in the header, as shown below:

The idea is I don’t want “Uncategorized” as a product category, since it appears in the sidebar even with 0 products, but it appears like I have no choice.

Please rename the category as per your needs and use it. It is not possible to remove it. This category is compolsory.

Thanks for your response – this theme is the best WooCommerce theme I have ever used, hands-down.

I will just use CSS to hide that “Uncategorized” category as necessary then.
