Deleted empty cart image

Hello,

I think I just have deleted a few of the core images that ship with the Woodmart theme, inluding the image in the cart when the cart is empty (see attached image).

Can you send me this cart image and tell me which folder it should be uploaded to? Maybe you can also send any of the other core svg files just in case I deleted them too by mistake.

Hi,

It is a part of the woodmart icons font. Try to download theme package from ThemeForest and restore images and fonts folders.

Thank you Artemis for the advise however I have not deleted anything from the “fonts” or “images” folder in your theme files. If I deleted anything, it was from the WordPress Media folder.

All the Woodmart font files on our server are exactly the same as they are in your template files. Could something else cause this image in the slideout cart to disappear? Attached a photo showing the cart without the image.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Hello Artem,

I disabled all plugins for you (except the CMP plugin as we need that as it is our maintenance page stopping bots accessing site). It seems this issue is not affected by a plugin as far as I can tell.

Maybe you can give me the file location of this specific font file so I can double check it is there.

No not there, but in the slide out cart – when you click on the cart icon.

I have attached another screenshot to show you.
It is the “empty cart” icon which displays in the slide out mini cart.
