Desktop General Header missing every browser empty cache

My general header in desktop is missing, that html code from general header desktop is literally missing. I create 2 same website, not by clone, but got same result.

I just attached expected header when its normal.

Hello,

You are not using the latest version of the theme. Please update the theme and Recommended plugins to latest versions then check back.

Hello,

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Performance and try to disable the Mobile DOM Optimization.
