Duplicate of shop filter above products

Hi there,

I’m using the top filter across my shop category pages. In each individual category it appears fine but when I select ‘All products’ a strange duplicate of the filter appears as follows: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dm823mqe6gvhvyg/Screen%20Shot%202016-08-19%20at%203.11.22%20PM.png?dl=0

Can you please advise how I can remove this?
