In the first image: it will be the <p> tag and it shows for example Top Attributes

the second image will be will be “title of the product” + a keyword like this:

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
Hope you can understand our limitations.

I think there is a misunderstanding 😀

Top Attributes: is just a text, it is not dynamic, it will be static

but the title of the product plus something should be dynamic,
means: read automatic title of the product and add a text before it
