Edit specific header

Hi,
I am using the fashion color demo and it uses the header which is called double menu.
I want to keep it but changing the search from an icon that expands to the full search, to a full search bar something like in the default demo.
Can someone help me find some solution even if it includes editing the code.

You can change the search widget in the header in Theme Settings -> Heade -> Search.
