ELEMENTOR Tablet elements are not hiding

hell, please help. if l hide a section on my tablet view it’s not hiding when l am editing with elementor.

All the pages are not working on the tablet and as well when l copy and paste styles of any widget, elementor is not saving the changes

Sorry for the inconvenience but there is a Server 500 error under the Elementor Editor on your Site.

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved.

Otherwise, keep the 3rd party plugin deactivated and send me the WP admin login details so I will check and solve the issue.

Sorry for the earlier misunderstanding & inconvenience.

We have now again checked your Site, this time the Elementor was working fine in terms of Saving the changes. So, we now added a random Section on the Site of your Homepage and Hide it specifically for the Tablet view and it was hiding fine. 1. We have deleted the template (now in trash) but the error still shows. Could you check on your end? This is important to us as we will need to edit the product page as an ecommerce store.

2. For example, the breadcrumb shows in link 1 but does not show in link 2. (see private content) You may click around different product pages and you will see the issue as well. Some product pages shows, while others doesn’t. Kindly assist asap.

Regarding the Breadcrumb concern, we have visited both of your shared links and it was showing Breadcrumbs fine. See these images for reference:

Regarding the Layout concern that you are mentioning, can you please share the WP-ADMIN of that Site so that we can look after that because on your earlier shared Site’s Dashboard, we can’t seem to find any Layouts created.
