Ensuring Homepage and Category Product Images Are Medium Size

How can I ensure that the homepage / category pages / recommended sections call the Medium size product images?
I have already automatically added watermarks to other image sizes. For the sake of homepage aesthetics, I want to use the Medium size images, which I’m sure don’t have watermarks. How can I achieve this? Thank you!

If you want to change the image sizes used on the shop, category, or homepage product grids, you can do it from:
Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images.
