Error on “wc-user-functions.php:224”

Good morning, we are receiving in the last 3 days a lot of errors from WordPress of different websites, all made using Woodmart (child site or not).
Websites are normally online (some of them are under construction), but it seems to be a problem when the Admin try to login.
We are contacting your support because the only common thing in the error is Woodmart (we have other e-commerce online, but the message is sent only from from those who has Woodmart installed).

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Ok, you have an admin access for a website we are still working for, so we don’t have to close an on-line ecommerce.
The website is different as indicated in our first message, but the problem is the same.
We didn’t disable only the “coming soon” plugin, but for a test you can disable it for a few minutes if necessary.

Make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme. Also, the WoodMart core plugin needs to be updated to the latest version 1.0.39 too. You can do this in WoodMart -> Plugins.

Can we ask, what this problem is actually related to. We received the similar email contains same header lines – “…/includes/wc-user-functions.php:227”

We are getting the same error message with similar line of codes including mail ID also something like info@yourdomain.com
Can you please elaborate on this. As this will help many users who are running Woodmart version other than the latest one. This will help to understand the issue as well as make aware other users, so that they can update, until they receive such error messages, knowing about the cause and reason.

Updating the theme to the latest version is critical because of vulnerabilities discovered in old versions. This issue should be solved after the update.
