Fatal Error in Elementor Demo Upload

Hi, I have installed the theme from scratch on a clean version of WordPress. I followed all the wizard, in the end once I arrived at the loading of the Demo, the site sent me back to the page /wp-admin/install.php and nothing works anymore. I tried to redo everything from scratch, deleted the FTP space, created a new Database from scratch, redone all over again, but again at the end of the demo import (with Elementor), it sends me back to the / wp-admin page /install.php and nothing works anymore.

Nothing, now it started working again, it was a momentary bug .. What could this depend on?
