FEATURED CATEGORIES

Hi,

We are working with the classic Basel theme and we can’t find out how to give form to the featured categories as we see it in the demo. We have made the pictures of the main categories as the same size as you have it in your demo, but it doesn’t work. Would you have a look, please? I have attached a picture to show you how we we want it to look. I can send you the access data if you want to take a look. Just give me an email o DM.

The image size of the first image is too big. Try to reduce in half. We use 546x546px for big image and your big image is 1200px.

Hi,

I have not made any image of that size. That is the problem, it’s being resized for some reason. The size I have used for the images is:

Man in White t-shirt (for the categoy HOMBRES) = 264×578 px
Woman (for the category MUJERES) = 554×557 px
Kids (for the category NIÑOS) = 262×265 px
Man in black t-shirt (for the category ROPA TÉRMICA) = 261×263 px

You can check it in the images attached.

Try to use the exact sizes which we use on our demo:

Main image 546x546px;

Small images: 540x540px;

I’ve changed the images with the demo sizes and changed it in products > categories.
I attach the new photos:

WOMAN/MUJER 546X546px
SMALL ONES 540X540px
MAN/HOMBRE 379X800px

Upload these images as thumbnails in the category page accordingly: Dashboard > Products > Categories > select category > edit.

As I said in the last message (and as you can check), that’s done, each photo is their category, but it doesn’t work. It’s very important to solve it as soon as possible
