Hello,

You can set one column in the Theme settings > Footer.

Then create HTML block https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ HTML block the custom post type allowing you to create any individual templates, with the individual column width as per your needs and inserting into any place of your site. As soon as you set one column in the Theme Settings, the Footer column would appear in Appearance > Widgets and you will be able to add this HTML block.
