Header builder infinite loading when using text/html block

when I am inserting this HTML
<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
<iframe src=”https://www.techtonions.com/All-TO-HTML-CSS-JS/banner.html” frameborder=”0″></iframe>
</body>
</html>

and click the save button the Header builder goes to infinite loading

Hello,

This is not the correct way to add code in the header.

You would better apply this plugin to add code in header or footer: https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/
