Header with white stripe and mobile with bottom bar

    Hi,

    I have tried everything on the header builder to remove the white stripe on it, but it didn’t disappear.
    Please see here https://imgur.com/FPeYmlB

    I would like to remove the bottom bar that appear on the bottom of mobile browser, please see it here https://imgur.com/8gIaf6b but I was not able to do it also. I have stried a css snippet I foung on google, but it didn’t work, I have add it on the header and footer with the plugin Header Footer Code Manager.

    Can you please help?

    Hello

    1. We’ve checked in your site header bottom bar is enabled in mobile version now we’ve disabled the header bottom bar in mobile version https://ibb.co/yfWLRK4
    Now you can check on your site white stripe is hidden from mobile version.

    2- The bar that you are referring to is named as Mobile bottom navbar, which can be enabled or disabled under the Theme Settings > General > Mobile bottom navbar > there you can disable it: https://snipboard.io/j9vaJM.jpg

    Hi,

    Thanks for the tips and the solution.

    Now I only have the problem with the mobile menu that it is not displayed.

    I already have it working, but now I’m not able put it working.

    Can you please check?

    Hello,

    Sorry to say but you haven’t added the Mobile Menu element under the Header Builder of your Site in the Mobile area of it: https://snipboard.io/CqkmAL.jpg

    We have now added the Element in your Header and now it shows the Mobile Toggle Menu fine: https://snipboard.io/pM8lz3.jpg

    Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.
