Help hiding rows

Hello,

to create a hero section, I added a background image (1200×800) to a row, and added a column for the text. It looks great on desktop and tablet but not mobile.

How do I hide or display: none, the desktop / tablet row and create a new separate row to display on mobile only using a smaller hero image.

I am using WP Bakery.

I came across this reply in the forum ‘You can clone the row/sections and then show/hide them on different devices.’ But after going thru the section, row, column settings I can’t figure it out
