How can I have one page anchor effect with mega menu

Dear Sir

rightnow I made a mega menu with HTML block, use on the menu item
and I open the one page anchor
but the page anchor dosnot effect
can yyou help me ?

Our theme one-page navigation works in the header only. Try to create a menu from appearance > Menu and use the navigation anchor widget in the page builder:
