how to change colour of green buttons in cart

how to change colour of green buttons to red under for “APPLY COUPON”, “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”?

This should be for hoover as well. Please see private content.

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Styles & Colors >> Buttons and set the colour as you require.
