How to change "select options" text?

This is the mouseover text on the product category page, how do I change the text to say “Add to cart”?

I saw the screenshot you attached.

You need to install and use the Loco Translate plugin to translate the string.

After installing the plugin Go to Dashboard >> Loco Translate >> Choose the correct path and translate the string.
