how to change the Number of Columns in the Product Grid.

I am facing a little trouble with “Product (grid or carouse)” Element,

There are 4 columns in Desktop Mode, which turn into 3 column in tablet mode,
How to limit the number of columns in different Responsive modes?
i just want the same 4 columns in tablet mode as well, or just remove the forth product in tablet mode.
