Hello,

Tabs settings relate to the WooCommerce plugin, not to our theme. Have a look at this article in WooCommerce Documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/ or at this plugin https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-tab-manager/ maybe it would help you. Also, there are equal paid plugins
