    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Hi I dont have any third party plugin installed..

    I have just installed the theme and the required plugins and then I started to enter the details in the footer.. with the social media links.

    The issue is from the WP installation. The WP-Includes folder is missing from your site: https://ibb.co/rxzxsmd

    That is why the issue is created on the site.

    Please reinstall the WP or ask the hosting provider support to check this issue and run the backup of your site.

    Can you please deactivate the licence in the domain.

    I am reinstalling in the same Doimain.

    Hello,

    You can manage all your purchase codes in your account on our website https://xtemos.com/my-account/

    From there, you can remove your old activations for domains that are no longer in use. Then you will be able to activate the theme on the new domain.
