Icon in header

I am trying to add an icon in header but everytime I get back to the edit view it is deleted. Why?
Also, I woudl like to have the phone icon + number in one line. I have checked the box “inline” but it does not help.
I also want to make the icon bigger.
Can you suggest how to do it?

Thank you. But then I have to add icon as an image? If I choose “icon” I dont find where to choose the icon to use.

Also, If you do not like such a solution, I can suggest you create a menu via Appearance -> Menus and create a menu item like a number, each menu item has the field to set the icon from Font Awesome: https://take.ms/eof97 , so you just set the name of the icon and it appears near the menu item title, more detail in the below video:
