I’m not able to update to the new version

    When I try to update I receive this error message:
    PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Unfortunately I don’t have the purchase code. This client is migrated to my servers from another ISP no longer available due to bankruptcy.
    I need to buy a new license ?

    I have updated the theme via Theme Upload and the updated the woodmart core via plugin update

    There is a method to retrieve the purchase code ? For example is written in a db table or in a file ? I have the full access

    The only place where you can download the purchase code is ThemeForest. If you don’t have access to your account you can contact Envato support for help or purchase a new one.
