Issue with plugin compatability

I am having an issue with one of my websites. I contacted support for the component but this is their response

So the issue we are having in the video. When the client sees a price. it shows the wholesale price. then they click add to cart it defaults to the retail price. Then view basket it shows the correct price again. See and listen to the video I shared, it will give you the understanding of what is happening.

see the video to replicate the issue. you need to click on wholesale and select options there and then click the flyout cart to see the incorrect price.

We checked this and we always get the price 181.43. Can we switch to the default theme to see the difference?

you can test the first product.
It shows an amount of R225.50 to R1127.51 thne click choose option. I selected the first one. you will see the price jump to R278.20 and then show this in the flyout cart but then you click checkout and it will revert to the correct amount of R225.50

Yes, I can see the problem. As far as I can see, the plugin calculates the price correctly when you view the options on the single product page only. It is not designed to work on the shop page. We are not able to fix this in our theme. You need to disable the quick shop functionality and allow customers to select product variations on the single product page only.

But even if we have to disable that. The price that appears in the flyout cart is not correct

Try to disable AJAX add to cart in Theme Settings and check how it works without it.

Is there no way you can provide the hooks so that I can go to the plugin provider to assist. I am willing to pay for the time for this customisation
