vynilParticipantHey there,
I hope you’re doing well.
I am experiencing an issue with my WoodMart theme. After clearing the WooCommerce transients and optimizing the database, I noticed that my settings are automatically resetting each time I log into the dashboard, even if I restore a database/ files full backup.
Could you kindly assist in troubleshooting this issue? It seems like the settings are being wiped out after performing these actions, and I would appreciate any guidance on how to prevent this from happening.
Looking forward to your response.

vynilParticipantA small update, we found that the WoodMart theme generates a dynamic CSS file every time changes are saved in the theme settings. This file is created in the /wp-content/uploads/ folder (in this case, /wp-content/uploads/2025/11/). For some reason, the website is trying to use an old, no longer existing file instead of the new one, which is why it fails to apply the updated settings. Request attached in the private area.
We make tests on staging subdomains and the settings are saved correctly. Do you have any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
From what you described, the issue is not related to the WoodMart theme settings themselves but rather to caching or file-permission behavior on your site.
WoodMart generates a new dynamic CSS file when saving Theme Settings, but your site is still trying to load an old cached file.
Please clear all server/CDN caches, disable optimization plugins temporarily.
Since your staging site works correctly, the issue is likely related to caching or permissions on the live server.

vynilParticipantThank you! Is there solution for this? Disabling the cache plugins didn’t help on the live site.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
Best Regards,
