Issues with theme

    Hi
    I have 2 issues, after latest upgrade

    1. The shop sidebar is missing, even though it’s configured properly. sidebar appears on all other pages but not in shop and category pages. (The sidebar div is completely removed from code…)

    2. Revolution slider is not being updated. As far as I know the “lisence key” can get automatic updates from the theme itself so I don’t need to activate it manually. However, on theme update the plugin is not getting updated as well.

    1. Seems that all the widgets are reset, please add the widgets again in Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area.

    2. WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates.

    You can update the plugin in Appearance > Install plugins as soon as theme has been updated and the recent version will be supplied in the theme folder. Meanwhile you can upload and install via Dashboard > Plugins or FTP.

    1. Make the full backup of your site.

    2. Deactivate and delete the current version.

    3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

    4. Upload and install.

    1. widgets are always there, that’s what is really wierd about this situation.

    2. I was confused, the problem is with WP Bakery, not Revolution Slider. you can see the required upgrade in the photo, but there are no more upgrades but this one.

    and there is nothing to update in the theme > install plugins section

    Hello,

    Each time we release the theme update we include the recent versions of the plugins attached to the theme. We have not yet released the update, that is why you do not see the recent version of the plugin in Appearance > Install plugins

    You can wait until the theme update or update manually:

    1. Make the full backup of your site.

    2. Deactivate and delete the current version.

    3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

    4. Upload and install.

    The issue is caused by the plugins.
