LICENSE REQUEST – File stored

Hello, I have my client that has a website with your theme installed and activated.

We can not find his license code though, because the preview web administrator left him without giving him the license code or envato account.
I need to update his website.
In his website I can only deactivate the theme but then how can I get the license number when I will re-setup his web site from scratch?

Is there anyway I can get back his License Number? Is it stored in a place in the host?

Hi,

We can’t find this domain in our database. The only similar domain activated is localhost/bfree and it is related to the purchase code that you can find in your account on our website.
