Loco translation – get empty text

    I’ve installed the Loco translate plugin and translating the text as it is given in the instruction, but instead of the translated text on the website there is empty space and no text. How to fix this?

    Thank you so much purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

    There is some issue with a Loco Translate plugin and Russian language. Try to translate your PO files manually using POEdit software https://poedit.net/ Open translations files with this program and translate them wp-content/languages/loco/themes.
    Then, save them and upload to the server http://prntscr.com/inh107
