Login and registration

Hi guys, I have two questions, please:

1) When a user registers, why doesn’t their first and last name autofill in the account details section of their personal area?
Can they choose their username during registration?

2) In the email a customer receives upon receipt (new account), is it possible to use the customer’s first name and not user_preview?

Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings or WooCommerce to be available for that.

It requires customization, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
