login dropdown

In the account sign in drop down, can I make changes?
I want the red “Create an Account” to instead say “Wholesale Account Registration”.
I’d also like to change the text at the very top, that is in the actual header, the “Login / Register”

Excellent that is great thank you. Can I also change the “Create an account” link that is in the drop down? It is set to go to “My account” page but I have a different page I want it to go to. How do I do that?
