Hello,

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I can’t find the manual instruction on how to change the logo. can you teach me where can i find the changing logo? for my reference.

Hello,

Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Modify elements as per your needs: http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3 enter the Logo element, hover the element to see the editing icon.

Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.

we have the Header Bikes

how to know which one is active? bold size color?

strange I edit the Header Bikes Overlap this one is working if I change the logo. but how to pinpoint if I want to activate other Headers? I try exploring this GENERAL- HEADER. to pinpoint which one will activate nothing happens. or I’m doing it wrong?

Hello,

Please check this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/set-default-header-website/ As you can guess, the default header is used by default if none is set in the Theme Settings or page settings.

The home page has Header Bikes Overlap and you should edit this header.
